Less Carbs, But Still Carbs

After fasting for most of the day to try to get my carb intake under control, I realized that it was doomed to fail as soon as I got home:






But after my uncontrollable snacking, we made dinner. This consisted of chicken thighs and vegetables. This was a surprisingly low-carb dinner!


I had 4 chicken thighs...


...and a big bowl of vegetables.


Seriously, I ate three pounds of food, almost half of them being vegetables!

I rewarded myself with just a few slices of bread.


I mean, I couldn't quit carbs cold turkey!
